A&D Waves Technologies was promoted by qualified young entrepreneur Mr. M.Sahayaraj way back in 2003 as a small industrial unit and later converted into a properityship firm and MSME Unit in 2009. As growth was the driving force,
Since then A&D Waves Technologies has been actively engaged in manufacturing, maintaining andser vicing all ranges of Power conditioning equipment. Today with a proven track record and a dynamic after sales service, the company stands at a unique position in Technology, Design and Performance.
Technology: Waves online UPS is designed to suit adverse Input power supply condition Using Imported IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) Power devices in the Inverter and adopting APWM technology. The EPROM CONTROLLED INVERTER ensuring perfect Sinusoidal wave form and has many advantages over conventional UPS systems in terms of Efficiency, Regulation, Low Harmonics and very Compact in size.
With its constant investment in Research & Development, since its inception A&D Waves Technologies has come out with new products. The Research & Development Department has designed and developed power electronic products deploying various topologies, shifting from Bipolar junction transistor (BJT) to Metal oxide semi-conductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) to Insulated gate Bipolar transistor (IGBT) and now finally towards Digital signal processing (DSP) based design which is going to be the main stream in futuristic technology.
Manufacturing Setup
A&D Waves Technologies at present is having manufacturing unit, with around 2500 sq.ft. Area, employing qualified skilled staff. These plant is well equipped with the testing facilities as laid down in the International Electro Technical Council (IEC & IS) and bureau of Indian standards. WAVES complies with the IEC 62040 Part III International Testing standards for product’s functional as well as reliability tests with the testing equipment like Digital oscilloscope, power analyzer, Megger meter & LCR Meters products like Custom Built Industrial UPS systems, Battery Charger and custom built Power supplies for Defence and Industrial application, are manufactured with the needs of the customer in mind. Every WAVES product goes through a strict quality procedure during production to ensure compliance with the customer’s technical specifications

Founder Profile
Mr.M.Sahayaraj is Founder of A&D Waves Technologies. He had his education in Electronics & Communications engineering and has attended programs in Anna University. He was part of Magnum, Foresight Power in developing the first generation UPS System for India. His expertise in technology & development is synonymous with the development of power electronics market in India. He is dedicated to power electronics engineering right from early stages of his career. With a strong quest for technology development and was instrumental in promoting WAVES products evolution, right from early transistorized version to present day IGBT’s using Digital signal Processing(DSP).. To his credit stands a lot of projects which has emerged as “outstanding” in several universities.
